What is your return policy?

Due to the exclusive nature and high demand of the merchandise, all sales are final. Stock is not available for size corrections and/or exchanges. If your item arrived damaged, please contact support@ESXXPE.COM.

How can I make a modification on my order?

Please check that your chosen product sizing that you are submitting is correct as it cannot be modified or changed. As orders cannot be modified, they can only be canceled if there are critical errors in your order. If you're requesting an address change, and your order has not been shipped, we are able to update your shipping address. Please email us ASAP at support@ESXXPE.COM with your order number and the address you wish to change delivery to.

When will I receive my order?

International Shipping : Our standard shipping rate of $19.99 applies to all international orders. Transit times can take 10-20 days depending on the country. Please allow extra time for your order to go through customs, and we are not responsible for any custom/duty fees.
